The war was over the Primordial Evil known as Beast VI is no more but the cost for the victory of the battle pretty much reset the entire timeline of the Grand Order, as every single one of the heroic spirits is now reborn into a new world, a world almost like their own but still different with a few aspects. 

For now, they don't have much of a goal in their mind as everything they fought for is long gone. As now its time to start a new chapter of the Grand Order.

Natsu and the others can't make a move because of VONGOLA..They need to move without other people in that world knowing what they are capable of..Or know that they use magic... What will happen?? Will Tsuna know what they are up to?? what will Natsu and the others do?? Will there true mission be revealed?? This takes place after the Tartaros arc and how Fairy Tail disbanded and was beed revived...
