Izuku Midoriya in this story and has a twin sister her name is Izumi which is loved by her parents her mother is a Pro Hero called Storm,his father is All might and has two amazing grandparents and uncles which are Nezu and Aizawa also Aizawa is older 

Now you might think since he has all these people in his life it must be amazing well your far away from the truth 

After Izuku turned 4 and found out he was quirkless his so called parents neglected him for his twin sister that had a telekinesis quirk.His so called sister and her friend bullied him no stop.But this didn't stop Izuku dream and no it wasn't to be the number one hero,it was to save people.
