Dream never believed in fairy tales. Fables lacked the basis in reality, the looming truth for him to understand them. Mythology, however, as similar as it was, captivated him.
When the myths he grew up reading seemed to cement themselves in reality, he began to question everything he knew. Was it real? Was he dreaming?
