Dan and Arin had a successful YouTube channel together, and over the course of many years Arin developed feelings for the older man. Dan was the only person who was truly there for him after his wonderful wife, Suzy, had passed. 

Dan had kept a lot of things from Arin, though. He didn't... trust him enough. Hell, he didn't trust anyone enough. The only people who knew were his victims, but they were all passed at this point.

Unfortunately though, one day Arin decided it was best for him to confess to Dan about his love, not knowing the terrible consequences.
