Kanzen Yokohama High School was built for the fortunate unfortunate humans that were born carrying a special ability. The hardships of living in normal society with inhumane powers created a division between those individuals so such measures were to be taken.
Though despite the differences, Kanzen High is no different than any other school out there. Something catches on fire every other day, you got your typical nerd, the delinquent that never shuts up, his goofy best friend and the quiet kid at the back, nothing out of place.
But the balance changes when opposites clash and seem to fit a little too well together.

Leo is a delinquent who transferred to a new high school. Dazai has been a resident of this "school" for well over a year and he's got quite the reputation amongst the other "students". There are plenty of rumors about his mysterious past, and they are all the more terrifying when you find out that more than half of them are true. Chuuya was sent to this facility after being kicked out of one of the many foster homes he's been into.
