Kanzen Yokohama High School was built for the fortunate unfortunate humans that were born carrying a special ability. The hardships of living in normal society with inhumane powers created a division between those individuals so such measures were to be taken.
Though despite the differences, Kanzen High is no different than any other school out there. Something catches on fire every other day, you got your typical nerd, the delinquent that never shuts up, his goofy best friend and the quiet kid at the back, nothing out of place.
But the balance changes when opposites clash and seem to fit a little too well together.
