Better Times
Before it all started. Before life became a living hell. Before everything shattered. This was better, it was peace. You could call it heaven. After it all happened, the Plague created what feels like a whole new world. Survivors created new lives for themselves and carried on with their lives. Me? I didn't get the chance to create a new life. Thanks to my absolutely wonderful father figure, I was forced to become an entirely different person. In a new world all their own the creators left them but two rules to obey, the first was that they forgave the humans for their crimes against the species. The last, more a warning than a request.
