"And in the ring to night, facing our undefeated champion, we have Scarlet Blood!" I hear my stage name being called and walk towards the ring. Each of my footsteps is heavy as walk towards my opponent.

This is my one shot. My one chance to show them what I've got. Only a few moments to prove that a girl can fight.

  *   *   *
As far as fairytales go, in the end everyone lives happily ever after. This isn't the case for 19 year old Scarlet Flynn. After her orphan sister falls sick and the only hope for her is a treatment that zaps all their money, Scarlet needs cash, and fast.

Her only hope is fighting, throwing punch after punch at opponents just to make ends meet.

When all seems to be at its worst, Scarlet meets a man after a fight offering a deal that Scarlet couldn't resist. A deal in which she could prove her worth and make money to save her sister.

Will she be able to balance everything including her new found fame and come through with the deal? Or will everything fall through and will Scarlet lose everything she loves? Including her sister and maybe even her newfound love.
