What a lovely engagement,
Drinks for days,
That's great for squiffy Eric,
As he kisses and drinks all night and day,
An attractive chap he meets along the way,
His heart a beat,
A lovely chorus they sing together,
The chaps laughs and his heart flutters,
A girl died but don't mutter,
An Inspector by the name of Goole,
Comes along grinning from ear to ear,
Then dissappears,
A pretty girl who has suffered,
A young parlourmaid that is never forgotten,
As tears fall down the pretty girls face,
She smiles and makes her feel better,
A wholesome love with a kick,
Maybe ending in a kiss,
Two Adults as strick as can be,
But their lust is always free,
They don't take responsibility,
Yet, I guess Goole was right,
They were wrong,
There will always be a fight,
So let's join together,
As we are members of the same body,
We must take responsibility!
