RESTROOM RELATIONSHIP

I used to hear the elders say
"Sayo naman umuuwi eh"
"Ikaw naman ang mahal eh"
"Panakip butas lang naman yung babae"
But where's the commitment there?
And the promise of love, respect, and fidelity? Gone with the wind.

Just so you know being in a toxic relationship is like being inside a restroom with a strong, bad odor. It could be the worst smell ever but when you stay long enough in it, maybe an entire day, YOU'LL GET USED TO IT. Even if it's really stinking, you won't notice or smell it anymore. When other people enter the restroom they'll be conscious about it but you won't. It's disgusting and unhealthy.

No one in their right mind
Would stay there more than they need to
Time will come
That you wouldn't know any better
You will forget the smell of fresh flowers
The smell of cleanliness
And good coffee in the morning
You will forget that there is somewhere else to stay than this godforsaken restroom and the only way you would know is to go out and let your senses heal.

In other words, walk away from that relationship. It is not worth keeping.
