Here people born with quirks were trained and safe from anyone who wanted to hart them. But not everyone was lucky to be there. As a small boy born with a quirk was put in an orphanage as child they found him. Ms. Rose the caretaker tried to stop them when the boy was 7 they took him. He tried to run but they still got him.
