-He stood his ground ready to defend her, his snow white hair shone in the moon light. With his back turned to her she noticed little tendrils of darkness come of his figure. As the monster surrounded them, he dropped his scythe wich vanished as it left his hand and was replaced by a violin made of the same black material as his scythe. It was only then did she notice his shadow, it had begun to move on its own in impossible ways as it covered the ground around the and the monsters. Once his shadow was beneath all the monsters he bought the violin to his chin, looked back at her with his peirceing purple eyes. He begun to play.-

Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better.
