Both Alex's and Charley's own stories were coming to end. They know this. They have been told this over and over again. They also know that they're story together is just beginning. But with only a few months left on this earth can they find in each other a new story, one with a cliché happily ever after and one worth experiencing together? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Their stare meets mine. I have a million things I want to say, but none of them seem quite right. So I don't say anything at all. Lex continues to stare at me like I'm something new and fresh. Perhaps to them I may be those two things, but to everyone else I am not. It feels refreshing to have someone look at you the way Lex does. When I was little I would dream about finding someone who looks at me like a work of art. Lex perfectly describes that 'someone'. If I hadn't stopped dreaming about finding such a person than maybe I would be looking at Lex as if they were my 'someone'. Unfortunately for me, I had to wake up from those dreams and face the reality that I don't have the time left for a 'someone'. I don't even have the time to live. I have always been okay with the fact that I might not wake up tomorrow. Yet when I look over at Lex I can't help but wonder what my life would be like if I had the time to live.

**TRIGGER WARNING** "Someone tell me why I just wanna see the stars with you." 2015 I'm sorry. This probably came as a shock to you. But if you really knew me, you would've seen it coming. No one really knows me. There's not much I can do now, is there? You probably hate me now. I do, too. You'll get over it. You should also know that I am finally free. *** In a final, frantic shot at fleeing a predisposed battle, she finds herself overlooking the furious waves below. It is, at last, time to take a bow and step offstage. When she leans forward, arms wide open to embrace the only fate she can decide, she doesn't expect to survive. Fate really has a means of getting its way at the end. *** He's never been an impulsive person in general, but somehow finds himself in the water to save the absolute dimwit whom he could've sworn was on the cliff ten seconds ago. The girl isn't very grateful when she sees her newest visitor at the hospital. Strange, considering he just saved her life. Disregarding her dance around the bush, he's determined to unravel her story, to unearth the demons she sought to escape. Before he knows it, he's tangled in the wilds of her mind, having ventured way too far. Leaving it to fate to determine what would happen if he was yanked right out.
