Marcus has suffered through too much trauma throughout his life, and when high school starts the trauma piles up till he breaks. He develops an anxiety disorder called Psychogenic Mutism that prevents him from talking. His life is breaking about and has no signs of getting better but can that change? Can someone so broken and downcast get better?
