Book 5 in the Saving Leah Series
What's it like to be the successful twin? Ryan wouldn't know. His brother, Teague, is a decorated physical therapist and army veteran, with a loving wife and daughter to boot. Meanwhile, Ryan's life is simpler-he works as a ranch foreman and spends his days with his horse. It's not the prestigious life his parents envisioned, but it suits him just fine. Or at least, it used to.
Mae was born to be a rancher's wife-sweet, docile, obedient. Raised to fulfill the submissive role expected of her, she always believed her future would be simple. But at twenty-four, still uncollared and burdened with responsibilities she never imagined, Mae's life has become anything but. With her father growing weaker by the day, she is thrust into a world of pressure, managing the ranch and caring for her mother. And with her father's death looming, Mae faces a new and terrifying reality: the inheritance is the only thing standing between her family and danger, but as a submissive, she's not supposed to be in charge of anything.
As Ryan and Mae's lives intersect, they'll have to navigate a world where power and control aren't always as clear as they seem-and where survival may mean breaking every rule they've ever known.
