In the year 2073, a series of unfortunate murders have been happening in New York City, each death linking to the next. Thomas Parks, an incredibly skilled individual, who was practically raised in an underground training facility, was sent to assist the FBI in this case. Meeting with various suspects and witnesses, one particular person catches his attention. As he continues further on his investigation of the individual, he finds himself breaking a major rule of his employment contract. And his decisions may jeopardize his career and relationships with everyone he knew before taking this case.
