Dejah, a Girl from Detroit, Michigan, moves to Beverly Hills to go to a special dance school to discover there is no Majorette team. As the Hip-Hop team accepts her the other captains consult her about tryouts for all teams and is surprised that she made them all. The Pom Captain refuses to let her join any dance teams. So she makes her own, a majorette team. All the captains laugh at her and challenge her to a blow out battle at the end of the football season at the homecoming game. She ends up winning and competing against them later on in the school year to see which team will represent their school at this years national "Dance to you drop" competition for $100,000.
