Psycho

I laid off of the speed as her eyes fluttered open. Quickly looking over at her, I shot a smile. "Good morning, Sunshine." My smile faded shortly after as she jumped in her seat. This was getting old. It's been weeks. You'd figure that she'd be used to being around me by now. Her breathing was fast and she held a hand on her chest for a few moments before finally realizing where she was and stared at me. I pulled into a gas station close by and turned towards her again, holding her gaze. It was silent for a minute or so, but I kept my stare fixated on her eyes. They were a deep blue, but they were ever so alluring. She called them moonlight. I called them oblivion.

It was a funny thing to compare her eyes to, but it was true. Oblivion. The state of being unaware or unconscious of what is happening. That was how I felt when I looked into her eyes. With every glance, I was pulled deeper. I fell under her power and was lost and shrunken down to nothing. Completely unaware of the events unfolding around me. That was, until, I realized that she had unbuckled her seatbelt, climbed out of the car, and took off at a run to the door of the gas station.
