For as long she can remember, she lost her parents at a very young age and was raised and adopted by a Chinese-English speaking family that resides in Yongen Jaya along with her stepsister. She had learned how to speak Chinese and has managed really well in Kosei High thanks to her family until she was told that she had to transfer out of Kosei due to unknown reasons. Everyone around her in her current school were wary of her and she almost felt she didn't fit in until she met someone.
This story begins around the start of Kaneshiro arc, around June 21st.
Genre: Fantasy, Fanfiction, Adventure, a bit of slice of life and romance
Update: I know it's now called a slow-burn romance.

My Key Item (Joker X Futaba) Persona 5 Royal
After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!! The leader of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, Joker, AKA, Ren Amamiya, is not in a good mood. It's been a year after the events that happened in Persona 5, and trouble has struck. Ren's parents have been arguing, and now they are getting a divorce. To find his own peace, Ren decides to return to Cafe Leblanc in Yongen-Jaya. But things seem to get worse, as he gets in arguments and finally decides to be a shut-in. The Phantom Thieves try to reach out to him, but nothing seems to be able to get to Ren. With a little bit of help, the group of teens manage to access the Metaverse that has reformed once again. And to their surprise, they discover a palace. A palace who the ruler is none other than Ren Amamiya himself. I don't own Persona 5 or any of its characters. Artwork displayed is not mine unless otherwise stated. This story begins right after the Phantom Thieves first victory against Kamoshida and his change of heart. In the aftermath of the scandal with Kamoshida in the classroom of Ren Amamiya (Joker) and Ann Takamaki (Panther) find an empty seat next to them within their classroom that once belong to one of Kamoshidas victims who had moved away during the aftermath. However as fate would decide, a new transfer student, You, the Voice of your own story, would arrive at Shujin and enter the class that day. Rumors of your appearance started to speculate as you only just 2 years ago started living in Japan after moving from your home country of the United States by yourself, being provided for a place to live in Yongen-Jaya, Shibuya. However in your 2 years of living in Japan, you were unable to attend any school due to a serious medical condition and have fallen behind your years as a second year student who had just turned 18. What would seem as a normal start, at a new school, and a new beginning, would only turn into a long, nightmareish adventure of self discovery, self doubt, and conflicting emotions. Ren's return from juvenile hall finally gave the Thieves the chance they had to talk about why Mementos still exists, despite Yaldabaoth's fall. When they return to investigate, Ren is acting more and more brash and reckless, and Makoto worries it may have something to do with Arsene and Satanael's odd lack of a 3rd tier evolution. Or they thought it was a lack. When the Reaper ambushes them, it turns out that it was about to meet its match. And it was as dangerous as it was suave. It's name? Raoul. - Vanilla P5, with the 3rd Tier Personas from Royal. Slight canon divergence, because the Metaverse stays around after Yaldabaoth's fall, with mention of other palaces as well, and Joker wields twin knives, not just one. Gameplay divergence because the Reaper is an ACTUAL THREAT (like in Striker's, god the Reaper is tough in Striker's) Shumako, Other changes to the lore, like Haru works with Ren in Leblanc, Sojiro adopted Ren, Persona's can communicate with their User's in the real world, and a few other little tweaks and stuff.
