When the pilot's daughter crash-lands on a desert island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, all she wants to do is survive long enough to get rescued. After all, being the only girl on the island with a bunch of school boys and choir boys is no way to spend one's time. Except maybe with the elected chief, Ralph, the intellect, Piggy, the quiet friend and sage, Simon, and the littluns. What she wants most, though, is to keep away from that damn Jack Merridew, who's the most arrogant and annoying boy she's ever met and has some rather questionable friends. But as sparks start to fly between the two of them, the island starts to get more dangerous. Littluns whisper of a "snake-thing" in the woods, and the boys start to lose their grip on sanity and civilization. In the midst of all this, will she stay with the civilization she knows and lose the boy she loves, or stay with the boy she loves and lose the civilization she knows? The Lord of the Flies is a very famous novel by William Golding, first published in 1954. Since then it has been studied by millions of school pupils, including myself. THIS STORY WAS ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED IN 2022 BUT I RECENTLY HAD TO UNPUBLISH AND THEN REPUBLISH IT WHICH MEANS THE ORIGINAL PUBLISH DATES ARE NO LONGER RECORDED. In this story I will write a reimagining of the story, using most of the same characters and the same situation with everyone stranded on an island. But this time Jack will be much more successful in his bid to be chief. There will be some other changes too, including a couple of girls among the boys! This time it will not be only all boys! But the two girls will be very outnumbered, how will they handle being with so many boys? Please don't read this expecting it to be exactly like the original novel, its a reimagining, it will not be exactly the same but many of the things in the novel will still be here, but written differently with different outcomes

A Roger and Simon story I've been working on...

A gender-flipped adaption of William Golding's classic "Lord of the Flies". What started as an Arial attack on an English jet ended in a group of young schoolgirls plummeting to a remote island in the middle of the South Pacific. Ruth, a courageous young woman, has always had her ambitions minimized by the men that she encountered. As she is stuck on the island, Ruth is only threatened by Jacqueline Merridew; the head girl of the Queen Mary Academy Choir. Jacqueline is short-tempered, fire-headed, destructive and slowly letting her hatred toward the patriarchal society of 1950's England ignite. Ruth tries to lead the survivors to rescue but the malicious Jacqueline quickly lures them to her side with promises of meat and domination.

Random ideas, inspired by the book series - Nevermoor. If you want to write a different version, inspired by any of these oneshots, go ahead. Please, just tag me. I know that this is called a oneshot book, but it has oneshots that are all connected, but with not enough between-plot to be told as a complete story. Emotions are complicated. Life is complicated. But it is worth living. We all just need a purpose. I can take requests, if you have any. If you want to make a request, it will be easier for me to write if you tell me: 1. The characters that will be there, or at least the 2 main ones. 2. Where the characters will be, at least at the start. 3. Some smaller details that you'd like for me to add, if there are any. Lord of the Flies Fanfiction One had the green eyes of emeralds and spoke like an angel. The other had the skin soft as snow and hair as red as hell. She loved them both with all her heart but she could only chose one.

A close friend of mine and I came up with a greaser/soc au for lord of the flies. Being the homos we are, we added ships and a storyline. TW: smoking, violence, unhealthy relationship at the start, future smut, and just general bad language. Obviously they're aged up to Juniors and Seniors in highschool.
