The house rules

A wealthy latino family, made up of 2 parents, 4 children and 1 unborn child. Were living a normal life until one day the mother of the children got a call from a nearby hospital telling her that her mother, Gabriela, had passed and left her entire will to her, including her house. The family decides to move into Mary's old house. A few days later and all four of the kids start complaining about the voices at night and the lights flickering.
