Techno and Phil were not expecting a new member of their family. Especially so soon after loosing one of their own. But, they couldn't just leave the eight year old out in the snow. Now Techno has a new addition to his household to spice up his retirement years. _________________ younger sibling OC x SBI Updates are going to be infrequent Phil and Techno are "blood brothers" and are therefore not technically related, but consider each other family. Wilbur is Phil's son, but he moved out as soon as he could, soon taking Tommy in as his little brother figure in L'manburg. Arrow is 8 years old Techno is 29 years old (physically) Phil is 35 years old (physically) Wilbur is 20 years old Tommy is 16 years old
