Woody is a pullstring cowboy doll and his owner (Andy)'s favourite toy. He is also good friends with Penny, a doll based on the main character of a Disney Channel show from the 2000s (The Proud Family).
When Andy gets Buzz Lightyear, a more modern space toy; tensions rise between him and Woody, while Penny stays neutral in the conflict. But what will happen when the trio gets lost?

The heroes are back with Leon, Ruby, Blake, Luke, Brock, Jar-jar, Sonic and Shadow the hedgehog along with new friends Tails, Patrick star, SpongeBob SquarePants, with the Dwarfs Happy, Sneezy and Grumpy as they meet Woody and Buzz to stop the evil Dr. Eggman and the black legion from taking over Woody and Buzz's neighborhood.
