Part Time Lecturer

This is not a story reality of pain felt by Part time lecturers in India. I am writing this book because I felt the pain of teachers.
When you get a job in a College Or University as Guest faculty or Part time faculty. Don't feel proud!
Initially due to money problem or hobby you joins an institutions to get earning and experience.
Don't go for longer duration. Do it for very short period. If you get opportunity to go in private university or college then pickup immediately.
