-I don't list the triggering subjects in the beginning of the chapters as the whole book starts out with almost everything on the list. 90% of the contents in this work could be triggering and since I am not good at recognizing what is triggering for others I just list everything here bellow. So please do look out for yourself and only read it if nothing in the list will trigger you.
