A poem called "But oh, well."
With so little effort,
you make me float around-
I can finally feel the life in my eyes
for the first time
Two hands gripping my neck,
lifting me off the ground
placing me between the thin borderline of life and death,
the confusing thread of love and hate...
I was a child learning what
affection is,
how to property feel it.
Dear God,
is this the creation you're so desperately proud of?
or is this the perfect plan you so desperately want me to follow?
if so, then how dare you
but oh, how could i
ever say such things
maybe I'll apologize when you do-
to the 8 year old me who
thought so highly of you
