Penelope 'Nellie' Grey is the the younger sister to Meredith and the Twin sister of Lexie Grey and like her twin Nellie has a photographic memory. Nellie never knew what she wanted to be, not until she ended up in hospital as a teenager after staying round her best friends and ended up needing her stomach pumping, from that moment on she pushed herself harder and before she knew it she was on her way to Harvard Medical School along side her twin sister. Nellie met Arizona Robbins one day and they fell in love, not at first sight but the two of them grew close before ending up together.
