Memorable Odds

It is a difficult and suffering time for a young freshman. Jessie and her father move from their small town to Fresno, California. They want to get a new start after Jessie's mother committed suicide. She begins attending Sinedel High School where she meets Lexie, who changes her life and helps through her mourning. They grow attached to each other, believing they will be the best of friends forever. Unknown to Jessie, Lexie is a transfer student and will be moving at the end of freshman year. She finds out only seven days before Lexie is meant to leave; she is utterly heartbroken. Afraid of losing another person she holds dear, Jessie decides to make the most of the last seven days that she has with her friend. They sneak out to the train station the next night and make their way to LA where they will make memories to last a lifetime.

This is my original story that I am writing. Any pictures used can imediately be assumed as not mine unless I specifically say so (cover is mine). I know I haven't been writing or updating much so I thought I'd put this out there to give me some motivation and some entertainment for y'all. I hope you enjoy.
