KJ had unhealthy habits. She distanced herself once she got obsessed with something and it lead to a down spiral. She tried to kill herself and her dad moved her from Boston back to the place that always made her happy when she was younger. Mystic Falls.  

Once she gets there, she can't seem to stay away from one of the Salvatore brothers, to her cousin Bonnie's dislike. Discovering more about her family's history, the one guy she can't stay away from, and the supernatural activity in Mystic Falls, KJ learns more than she bargained for.

Will she be able to keep everyone around her happy or will she fall back into old and unhealthy habits?

Her plan was to leave Mystic Falls with her brothers, now with the threat towards their kind she knew it was no longer safe for them to live here, as well as the fact her father killed her brothers. But the leaving didn't go to plan, as she said goodbye to the one she loved most he betrayed her, threatening her life. Just when she thought the life she planned with her brothers was over, a certain someone came into the scene. In the town of mystic falls it's always been a quaint town but what some people don't know is that for decades it has been the home of supernatural beings from werewolves to witches to vampires. Although the vampires had disappeared from the town, the werewolves seemed to gone extinct, but the witches stuck around. Especially the Black family who are one of the most powerful witch covens to date, but when vampires come back into town, the signs of it are a whole lot major for them then the town, especially when the Salvatore brothers start sticking their noses in their direction. Where Damon the brooding, destructive older brother who's there to what seems to only cause trouble finds his eyes and himself drawn to the youngest witch both of them end up asking themselves why, especially when their species are supposed to be enemies.
