Kelly will soon finish school, and she needs to find a college and start her application. She knows the college she wants to go to, her dream college: Spark College. Only thing is, this is the exact and only college that doesn't use Merill's Paint, which is a big NO-NO in Kelly's college options, which devastates her: what is she going to do?
Oh, and does it help that during an exceptional sneak-in into the college, she meets a gorgeous painter that seems to like her, and who is the principal's son? No.
