Kelly loves art, it runs in the family.
He father owns a paint company called Merill's Paint, and he is quite proud about it.
Kelly will soon finish school, and she needs to find a college and start her application. She knows the college she wants to go to, her dream college: Spark College. Only thing is, this is the exact and only college that doesn't use Merill's Paint, which is a big NO-NO in Kelly's college options, which devastates her: what is she going to do?
