★ (The Last Of Us)

"I know you wish things were different. I wish things were different. But they ain't."

Ellie found traveling with Joel to be both rewarding and simultaneously frustrating. It was like talking to a cold, emotionless brick wall sometimes. So imagine her excitement when they run into another group of travelers heading in the same direction, and they agree to travel with Ellie and Joel. The most exciting part? The other group has a girl their age. This is essentially a Ellie/Reader slow-burn fanfiction. It's also a fix-it fic in regards to the Last of Us Part 2 because I have personal issues with it. Will involve spoilers for both games, but this is mostly a self-indulgent fic. The reader is unnamed and has no descriptors so pretty much anyone can be the reader. The reader has established parents that are involved in the plot.

MODERN COLLEGE AU!!! Ellie Williams x female oc Skyler is a sweet 19-year-old with a troubled past, the kind of girl who looks for love in all the wrong places. She wants to start her college year right- go partying, get drunk, and fall in love, even if it's just for a night, but the only issue is her roommate- a cold 21-year-old with quite the reputation for drugs, sex, and physical violence. But like I said, in all the wrong places, or perhaps maybe, she's exactly where she needs to be. Can opposites really attract? WARNING!!! ELLIE IS TOXIC AS FUCK but she gets better :,) *also Abby is involved in this (due to high demand) #1 "EllieWilliams" 5/6/23 #7 "ellie" 4/4/23 #9 "elliewilliamsxreader" 5/24/23 #1 "lesbian" 10/9/23 & 10/8/24 #1 "tlou" 10/15/23 #1 "abbyanderson 4/7/24 #2 "lesbianfanfiction" 5/13/24

Just because she's not around you doesn't mean she's not there.

The reader is inserted into Ellie's revenge on Abby as Ellie's love interest and long lost friend. The two of them discover their feelings for each other go deeper than friendship as they go on a quest to find Joel after he's taken by the WLF.

Joanne has lived a sheltered life for as long as she could remember. She'd never really known what it's like to be a "normal" teenager. Her father thinks he has it all figured out, but she begins to question if she even wants the life he imagines for her when she meets Ellie one summer-who changes her outlook on almost everything.

We know how it went and how it ended, seen everything there was to see, and read every thought. To sum it all up, it's a story about an unlikely pairing that falls in love. One fell first, and the other fell harder- fell so fucking hard that it destroyed them. They weren't meant for each other, not even close. Some years have gone by. New jobs were worked, and new relationships were explored. But life has a funny way of making you face your past one way or another.
