You grew up to be a hunter despite your fathers wishes for you. Your father, Bobby Singer, hated that you were in this line of work, and he always blamed himself for ridding you of a normal life. Dean was the first person to teach you how to shoot, hell he was the first on to teach you most things in this line of work.
