With Nathaniel's hand wrapped around Ellari's throat, his body pressing her against the door of his office. His eyes were practically burning though her soul, if that was even possible. "That man doesn't even deserve you," he spat, anger and possessiveness in his tone of voice. "You know it. I know it. Even your sister knows it, and so does your kingdom. The way he acted, it didn't terrify Ellari. But it made her feel overwhelmed with emotions that even she didn't know how to describe herself. All she could do was make those sniffing sounds while she was in tears. "Prove it," she stated, her voice rough with emotions.
