This is a fanfic of Tuffnut and an OC. You are free to read it as a fanfic x reader, but it'll have details about the OC as well as a specific backstory. It'll follow the race to the edge story plot, so spoilers ahead. I'll follow as much of the canon as I can, this counts for ages (18/+18 in the show), dragon powers, and in-universe stuff.

Ships had been disappearing for quite some time now around the Northern Markets, leaving villages such as Berk without provisions. It was up to the dragon riders on Dragon's Edge to fins out what was happening, but they woudln't ever be the same group after that mission...

For the love of god, don't read this, please. Editing it to be decent is a hassle and it's complete shit. I am ashamed, I am appalled at thirteen year old me to make such a big disaster that I can't even fix it now. TURN AWAY GO! Also, under edit as I'm changing the name of the OC from Skye to (Y/n). (Y/n) gets kidnapped, stranded, and makes a dragon friend all in a day, and if that doesn't take the cake, the Viking with a Nightfury and a propensity to know every single thing about her might. The only problem is: she's sort of in danger... and has a bounty on her head... and kind of a dumbass who ends up liking the guy. And falling in love with him and his Viking home. When Hiccup's final test in the Kill Ring does not go as planned, he runs away, sure that nothing he can ever say will change Berk's mind. At least he's not alone though, and with his cousins and several dragons by his side, they leave the archipelago. Of course, not all is smooth sailing and Hiccup's emergence as the Dragon Master earns him more than one enemy. Eventually, it also draws the attention of Berk, who are suffering from increased raids and struggling to survive. Desperate, they reach out to him for help, but will he deem them worthy and willing to change their ways? I don't own How to Train Your Dragon or its characters, just my OCs.Concluida

After a near disaster, Hiccup and Astrid decide to visit Berk, leaving Fishlegs in charge of Dragon's Edge. However, things take a turn for the worse when Hiccup detours to answer a distress call and gets much more than he bargained for. With the Dragon Eye and Hiccup's own life in the balance, it's up to the other Riders to save the Edge and their leader.
