The Weeping Angels were very well known in Daytona they owned about every nightclub in the city their clubs are called the Sapphire. Everyone knew they were a part of the mafia even the police, but they would never arrest them. The world is full of dirty, greedy people and sadly those people make up the Daytona police department. All being paid under the table to turn the side-eye to anything illegal that is associated with the Weeping Angels. Nobody ever dared to mess with them and those who did, didn't come back.
This is a Jungkook fanfic because I couldn't pick between my biases Jimin and Taehyung
