y/n harrington , the younger sibling of steve harrington is not a very optimistic person. you'd except the two to be similar , but the only thing they have in common are their parents , kind of.

y/n's biological parents had never really paid much attention to the former- it wasn't because they didn't care for their child , it was just that they were pretty busy. one day they got into a car crash on their way home to surprise y/n for their birthday , it's been 8 years since then and y/n still blames themself for the accident.

vecna uses this as an opportunity to target another vulnerable teenager in the cursed town of hawkins.
