Denki thought he had a chance when it came to Jirou. He thought he'd be happy, however, not only did she treat him badly, but she also went on to cheat on him with Momo Yoayoarozu. When he confronts her about it he has no care for the fact she claims to be lesbian, but rather for breaking his heart.

Shinsou has been obsessed with Denki ever since he was teamed up with him, and now that he was in 1A with him he was one step closer to him. That was until Jirou got together with him. He planned to kill her to get her out of the way, but now he has a new reason, and he'll kill anyone else who hurts his precious Denki.

"Lesbian!? Les-Be-honest here I don't give two shit's whether you swing that way! but cheating on me!? Lying to me!?" Momo stood looking stunned, Jirou beside her with a similar expression. "That's what hurt's- you could've just rejected me instead of leading me on. I may be stupid but I'm smart enough to know that you are a bitch Jirou! I would slap you right now but that would be animal abuse." 

Out of nowhere the Baku squad started clapping even Bakugou himself seemed impressed and Kirishima gave him a pat on the back. "Well done man." He smiled as Shinsou walked up to him as well. "Yes well done for standing up for yourself, and putting her in her place, she was getting on my nerves."
