Mary Barkley is a cute, 17-year-old girl with bright blue eyes and a white ribbon in her hair. She is also a serial killer. Now, she goes through Washington state with a single mission in mind: to watch it all burn.

Detective Brian Keith had a relatively normal life, before a little girl started killing people. But he will soon learn that this mystery runs much deeper, and he must solve it before it's too late. Now, he and a rookie detective go on a man hunt, with clues and bodies hidden around every corner.
