In my story,Riku is a medical student & no one knows about it.As he is trying to balance his work & studies,he sneaks away when he has break.Everyone gets suspicious over his behavior & talks to Tenn.Tenn also become worried thinking about his brother because whatever he is doing,it's for Riku's good.

On the other hand,confliction between brothers are growing,Riku is having another problem.

The legendary Idol Zero has some connection with the twins.

What is it ?what is the problem Riku facing?

this is complete fanfiction.Original story has nothing to do with it.

nanase riku and kujou tenn.. an angel and a devil. two people with different fate. like the sun and moon, they aren't suppose to be together but.. they are a close friend. this is the opposite of what God has plan.. at the end tenn kills himself while his close friend, riku follows him to the death. Because of this, God decide to give them a curse and a blessing. nanase riku and kujou tenn will reincarnated as a twins in the next life with a blessing to sing with 2 different powers but connected.. the healing voice and the soul voice. but the curse is one of them will leave the others and will meet the same ending like in the past life.. how will the present connected to the past? what kind of fate is waiting for them? There's 3 years old Twin name Nanase Riku and Nanase Tenn were living at the orphanage house.Both them living together at there for 5 years more after their parent thrown them without Riku and Tenn know the reason why.But the things that we didn't accept is that orphanage house are same like a hell.The other kid who living there too were having depression everyday because the guardian who take care the orphanage house always use that kid for their releasing their stress like hitting them,choke,punch and everything about violence.Riku never use his inhaler after his inhaler were expired after he and Tenn living there.So Tenn do his best to take care of Riku if he had an attack.Riku never checked by doctor for 5 years more. One day,Riku and the other kid were gathering together in silent.Riku told that he found a way out to escape the house but his illness is the problems so he make a new plan to make sure that Tenn can escape first. So when the other kid has made their escape,the police finally caught the guardian in that orphanage house for abusing the kid for many years but 2 of them succeed in runaway and hide from police.Some of the kid were taken by them too. Tenn didn't remember what happen on his past.He never knew that he had twin. Will Tenn know his past? Where's Riku?..

Snow fell softly from the night sky, quiet and gentle, as if the world itself were holding its breath. The hill where the twins lay was blanketed in white, their small footprints already fading beneath the steady snowfall. Their parents had gone out that evening to perform at the theatre, leaving the twins in the quiet care of the night. It wasn't unusual-Riku and Tenn often found themselves alone when their parents were away. The theatre was theirs, a small family dream built with endless hours of sweat and song. At only 5 years old, Riku was too young to understand why their parents worked so hard, too innocent to see the shadows od exhaustion on their faces when they returned home. Riku, at 5 years old, never questioned it. To him, his parents always smiling, always strong and the theatre was nothing more than a place where the mother and father could sing and dance. He didn't notice the careful way they hid their sighs, or how their smile stretched just a little too long. Protected from worry, Riku's world remained simple and bright. But Tenn noticed, thought the same age, he was sharper, more watchful. He caught the flicker of tiredness in their eyes, the soft way they looked at Riku at though he were the most fragile treasure in the world. Their struggles were hidden from Riku, not because they wanted to lie but because even the smallest stress could endanger his weak body. Yet no matter what weight they carried, one things was certain, their parents loved their precious twins more dearly than anything else. Every performance, every smile, every late night was for them-for Riku's fragile health, and for Tenn's steady future and even if Riku was too young to see it, Tenn understood.
