From minor technical glitch to outdated or corrupt firmware, there could be any reason why you are facing a velop node connection problem. You can try out the below-given methods to troubleshoot the connectivity problem for once and all.

First of all, before doing anything else you need to check the power and cable connection of your velop node. Begin by making sure that the velop node is powered ON. The power LED on the velop node should be solid.

If you have placed your velop node closer to the devices that emit high-frequency radio waves, it will lead to connectivity issues. Therefore, it is advised to keep the velop node in the centre of your home away from such devices.
