It's been four years since the Kamisato siblings were on their own. Ayato had taken over becoming head of the Kamisato clan and Ayaka became the face. Back at home was the housekeeper and beloved friend of the siblings: Thoma. Ayato and Thoma had been especially close and got even closer when a family member passed. Whilst dancing with Thoma in his office (which is not fruity at all) he gets to think about his feelings towards Thoma, getting so confident in them that he almost asks for a kiss, but stops himself. Ayato starts to question if the sheer confidence he feels is in his head over heels heart or in his logical-overthinking head.
