Tessa buys new clothes, tries the latest fashion styles and changes her hair just trying to fit in when it only makes her stand out more.

When Tessa thinks her life couldn't get any worse and she thinks it couldn't get any better, her thoughts are wrong when an dead friends cousin comes back to town as the popular jerk, Jacob Scott. Still with his reputation in school plus knowing how Tessa's  parents are doing and knowing a lot of things that she doesn't he tries to help her. Save her. Save her when she thinks everything is over only trying to be noticed from her parents.
