17 years ago, Claudia Stilinksi gave birth to twin boys they named Mieczyslaw and Stephen. 17 years ago, they were told that Stephen died in a complication of birth. 17 years ago, Stephen's name was changed to Thomas. 

And now 17 years have passed and Thomas is back.
