Dana loved going to camp. It was her favorite thing about the summer, other than being out of school. When she arrives at the camp, all things seem to be in order, other than it being at a new park. Same counselors, same leaders. But this park has a nasty legend, one that was infamous among her peers growing up. A massacre.
This couldn't be true, she knew that. Monsters and murders were just things kids came up with to put fright into one anothers dreams.
This is one fright that is no dream and on the eve of Danas 12th birthday, she would learn the truth behind the legend of the camp.

After being told a ghost story around the campfire, a group of kids attending the camp becomes terrified as ghosts and monsters haunt the camp and the surrounding forest. They become afraid of it, but some initially think it's all a prank by one of the counselors, even when the campers and counselors start to get picked off one by one. Even though things look bad, some campers still think it's a fraud, at least until things get worse. The longer they stay and ignore the ghosts' warnings, the worse the hauntings become.
