Damien and Rumelia have been causing havoc wherever they go since they were children.

Since they were little, both childhood rivals have idolized Mr. Ruiz, Rumelia's father's agency, and have yearned for his praise and to be his favorite.

Their admiration for him has not faded as they have grown older, nor has their constant rivalry.

Fortunately, they now work for Mr. Ruiz's organization, which deals with police matters around the country.
The two are then faced with a challenge that requires them to work together and attend a Mafia gathering to locate their lethal target, the Slither Mafia's leader. What havoc will the two angel-painted devils cause this time?
