Unlike the rest, she has no powers, it's her intellect that Papa wants to study, he wants to reach deeper in her mind and find out what causes this fast growth of knowledge. Because of her high GPA, eyes must be kept on her at all times. However, a certain someone's eyes seem to always watch her. 017 soon finds out that she doesn't have all the answers and that the missing pieces lie somewhere else, or rather, with someone else.
