Five years ago, Mafia families all over the world gained power to do whatever they wanted. So far, it hasn't affected society. Every day life outside the Mafia seems to be going about as normal, until things start to seems out of the ordinary. Something is going on. Something that's seeping from one community to the other.

Steve Rogers and James Barnes' Mafias have joined together. After being apart for five years, it was long due and obvious to them, but this change was big and unwanted by a few in their prospective families. The five year long war between other Mafia families had many casualties, and created even more vendettas. There's a traitor in the midst.
