Let's just say, that the Dursleys decided to go on Vacation in Italy. Taking 2 year old Harry with them and for some reason, they abandoned him there.
    
    He was found by the most notorious Mafia Leader Don Valentino De Castella, who was instantly taken with little Harry. He decided to adopt him, making him Hernrique De Castella.
