Until in 1928 when Salvagers were about to scrap her ship, her ship suddenly rise from Scapa Flow with her being revived causing a lot of commotion for the WW1 and new Shipgirls in the Royal Navy including the Government

When Seydlitz discovered what is happening in her country she decided to stay neutral and not join the royal navy as she doesn't want to fight her people

Until on day in a bar where she decided to take a drink, a mysterious man that said he was from the British Government decided to convince her to join the royal navy to teach Battleship shipgirls on using sword as she is good at it

and from there Seydlitz agreed as she discovered an ability that shipgirls could possess and use if they are trained well
