Jay (a.k.a. ruthless) is the biggest drug lord , he runs all the streets with his right hand man,best friend,ACE (a.k.a. killa). Even the police know him by hand but they can never catch him. Jay has never been inlove nor is looking for love, he keeps to him self, he's married to the streets.
