After a careless scientific accident with new elements, people with supernatural abilities began to surface. Society adjusted, and social norms changed. Heroes and villians surfaced, making the world more complicated. Fast-forward one hundred years. Neera Sanchez fights for her survival as a supervillain. She does what she can to survive, inadvertently making her a target for the heroes. Behind her mask, she struggles in personal battles, alone. When her abusive boyfriend and her own fight against depression overtake her, she's introduced to the world of superheroes. Vincent Ciobanu is a new hero at a local base. He introduces himself to the ex-villain and takes Neera's focus away from the pain and suffering she had been used. Neera grows as she gets used to her new life. Times change and things shift for the worse as Neera's ex, Koen James, comes back into her life stronger as a supervillain, threatening the peace of the world and the freedom Neera discovered. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Neera's eyes closed and her chest rose as she breathed deeply, trying her hardest to focus her power on the heroes nearing her. She opened her eyes, watching intently as the heroes slowly crowded on the rooftop around her. The moon illuminated their serious masked faces and flashy suits, giving Neera the opportunity to figure out what powers they might possess. She kept her eyes halfway closed and studied them. Most of the suits were at least 75% black. One hero stuck out in her blue suit. It had no black on it. Neera was wary of the color of her suit. /How did I end up here?/ One of the heroes had surprised her with a lucky hit almost a minute ago. She had felt the impact and acted on it, diving to the ground. She had a better fighting chance against the six when they were caught off guard. Mild-mannered CPA Pete Johnson, in superhero Halloween costume, withdrawing $ at an ATM, inadvertently captures a murderous bank-robbing gang. The story goes viral, and Pete is hounded and ridiculed as Super Pete. It's all too much for him. In an alcoholic fog, he loses his job, family, everything. Just as he's deciding to slash his wrists, a magical transformation takes place. Pete is gifted with semi-super powers. He swoops along to snatch phones from the hands of texting drivers, things of that nature. Meanwhile, the bank-robbing gang escapes jail and kidnaps Pete's estranged wife. Pete loses his semi-magical powers, but prevails in the end, foiling the gang, rescuing his wife, and reuniting with her.

A man was tragically killed in a lightning accident. Later somehow resurrected, he gain the power of lightning or electricity. He now has to learn to control his powers and use them whole also fighting off the beast that lurks inside. Worst of all, he gave his girlfriend the same power also. Is he powerful enough?
